Cooperation to promote the ZCEN Festival

Description
In 2025 we will celebrate the third edition of the ZCEN Festival, (a small circus festival in a rural area of Extremadura), a unique circus event that takes place in the middle of nature, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest in Extremadura (Spain). For this special occasion, we are looking for ten motivated volunteers who wish to join our team and contribute to the preparation and development of the festival. The volunteer experience will include tasks such as supporting the construction and decoration of spaces, assisting with logistics, helping artists and participants, collaborating in sustainability actions, and promoting a welcoming atmosphere for the local community and international visitors. Beyond the practical work, volunteers will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in circus culture. We still have a couple of spots available. Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
The volunteering will take place at El Quinto Pino Espacio Escénico in Talayuela, a circus venue surrounded by pine forest. Meals are provided by the hosting organization, creating a friendly and communal atmosphere. Transport to the venue is covered within the project budget, so volunteers can simply enjoy the experience of living and working together in nature.
Training during the activity
During the volunteering opportunity, participants will take part in a true training experience. They will learn new skills related to circus, teamwork and event organization; cooperate with people from different cultures; enjoy living together in a natural environment; create a deep connection with others and with nature; and strengthen their sense of commitment by contributing to the success of an international festival.
Participant profile
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic volunteers who are open to teamwork and intercultural exchange. No previous experience is required, but a positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to help in different tasks are essential. Creativity, interest in circus, nature, or community life will be highly valued. Above all, we want people ready to share, learn, and contribute to building a unique festival experience.
