Individual volunteering: VOLIN01 - 2 in-country, 2 international volunteers VOLIN02 - 1 in-country, 2 international volunteers Vlunteers will be involved in a full cycle of planning, delivery, and evaluation, ensuring both personal learning outcomes and community impact: -Promote social inclusion, youth employability, personal development and EU values. -Assist with language classes and chats, facilitate digital literacy, green skills workshops, promote active citizenship and intercultural dialogue among youth from local communities. -Integration support for refugees, migrants, NEETs and contribute to wellbeing and resilience activities, including anti-stress workshops and peer-support initiatives. -Office administration tasks, preparation of materials, communication activities and support the implementation and organisation of projects and community events. -Receive mentoring and recognition of their learning and skills through Youthpass -Henner insurance
Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport
International volunteers stay in our safe and fully equipped apartment of 2 shared double bedrooms in Paphos. They share rooms with access to shared kitchen, living areas, bathroom facilities, and internet connection. All volunteers receive a monthly food allowance and monthly pocket money. When project activities require travel outside the city, transport will be arranged Flight tickets for Int. volunteers follow ESC distance band rules Reinforced mentorship, cultural orientation, emergency support are ensured
Formation pendant l’activité
Volunteers benefit from a comprehensive training and learning cycle designed to ensure personal growth, skills development and project impact: Pre-Departure by the sending/supporting organisation Cultural preparation, rights and responsibilities, health and safety, and introduction to the ESC programme On-Arrival, within the first weeks in Cyprus, facilitated by CCIF Cyprus staff and the NA Intercultural awareness, team-building, local community orientation, project tasks, and inclusion values Task-Related, Language support, Mid-term/final Evaluation, Mentoring & Support, follow up
Profil du participant
Young people aged 18–30, motivated to engage in solidarity, learning, and community work, regardless of their educational or professional background. The project will particularly welcome: Young people with fewer opportunities, including those facing social, economic, cultural, geographical, or educational barriers, as well as NEETs (young people not in education, employment, or training), migrants, refugees, and asylum seekers. Young people interested in inclusion, diversity, and intercultural dialogue, who are willing to contribute to building tolerant, inclusive, and cohesive communities. Environmentally and socially conscious young people, eager to develop digital and green skills, participate in sustainability initiatives, and support climate action at the community level. Young people seeking personal and professional development, motivated to strengthen their soft skills—such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving—while improving their employability and understanding of European values and civic participation. Young people seeing to learn office administration tasks, preparation of materials, communication activities and support the implementation and organisation of projects and community events.
