Support sectoral coordination in the necessary administrative processes related to study circle students. The study circle is a space for clarifying doubts and strengthening ties between students and the volunteers. Also support the monitoring and evaluation of the unit's own management. Activities: - Support operational planning by systematising information and drafting timetables or work plans. - Follow up on promotion plans, requesting progress reports from regional coordinators and consolidating information for review by the sector coordinator. - Review and prepare material and supply requirements, according to requests from regional coordinators, to facilitate resource management. - Keep records and monitor the delivery of radio classes to local radio stations, students, and circle leaders. - Assist in the collection and organisation of half-yearly inventories sent by regional coordinators. - Support the monitoring of the evaluation of the ASEC- IGER educational programme.

Other support services, such as training and language support Support throughout the volunteering period by the hosting and sending organisation volunteers' working hours will be 35 hours per week, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.The work-ing hours for the international volunteer will be 35 hours per week, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The working days of the week will be established based on the assigned coordinator's working hours
Formación durante la actividad
Learning opportunities: those selected will receive prior online training and in-person before their trip. Training also be offered during the deployment to improve volunteer's skills competencies. Induction will take place at the central offices, and then you will travel to the region where volunteer support is required
Perfil del participante
• Professional or student in Educational Administration, Social Pedagogy, Business Administration or a related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, virtual meeting applications such as Google Meet and Zoom. • Positive and service-oriented attitude, assertive communication, good interpersonal skills, organisation and self-management, planning skills Eligibility: Candidates must be between 18 and 35 years old, reside in one of the eligible countries (EU Member States, North Macedonia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Turkey), have completed the compulsory Humanitarian Aid Volunteering training, and not have participated in individual Humanitarian Aid Volunteering before. When adding together this new volunteering opportunity and any previous participation in EU volunteering programmes, the total duration cannot exceed 12 months.
