Empower & Connect is a dynamic volunteering initiative designed to support both students and teachers in a local educational center. Through hands-on classroom assistance and the creation of two powerful workshops — one focused on emotional intelligence and the other on employability skills — volunteers will become an essential part of the learning community. Volunteers won’t be watching from the sidelines — they’ll be actively involved, making a difference every day by: ✅ Assisting teachers directly in the classroom: • Supporting learning activities • Helping with classroom organization • Encouraging student participation ✅ Co-leading two interactive workshops: • 🌈 Emotional Awareness Workshop Help students understand and express their emotions, develop empathy, and build a positive classroom climate through games, discussions, and creative activities. • 💼 Employability Skills Workshop Prepare students for the future by guiding them through CV writing, interview practice.

Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport

Volunteers will share a flat all together. Accommodation and travel expenses will be covered and some money for food as well as small pocket money.

Formation pendant l’activité

Volunteer will gain • Linguistic training in Spanish. • Real experience in the field of education and youth work • Skills in communication, teamwork, leadership, and facilitation • A chance to make a lasting impact on students’ lives • New friendships, cultural exchange, and unforgettable memories!

Profil du participant

We’re looking for motivated, creative, and empathetic volunteers who are eager to: ✔ Work with young people ✔ Support educators ✔ Lead engaging and meaningful activities ✔ Grow personally and professionally through teamwork and intercultural exchange
