The project´s main topics are: - Green skills - Fight against discrimination of marginalized young people - Inclusion Equação has received the ESC Quality Label and Erasmus+ Youth Accreditation, strengthening our commitment to long-term, structured youth mobility and development under our 10-year strategy. More Supportive and Sustainable Projects: maintain a steady volunteer team supporting Equação and the local community, while promoting Fair Trade and environmental activism. More Competent and Prepared Volunteers: enhance personal, social, cultural, and professional skills, and validate learning outcomes. More Tolerant and European Communities: expand youth mobility, share experience, and ensure inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities. Alojamiento, manutención y transporte
Volunteers receive €6/day as pocket money. They are covered by the Henner Insurance Plan and receive a membership card. Accommodation is provided in shared apartments, houses, or the Youth Village near Amarante city center, all equipped with kitchen, bathroom, and free laundry at the Youth Centre. Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) are provided Monday–Saturday at Casa da Juventude, mainly vegetarian with one non-vegetarian dinner weekly. On Sundays, volunteers receive €40/month for self-catering.

Perfil del participante
We are looking for a flexible, positive, and motivated volunteer eager to work in the social field and support our local organic farmers. The ideal candidate is open-minded, proactive, and ready to create a personal contribution to the project. Interest in culture, theater, or music is very welcome. We seek someone willing to live fully within our community and give their best to support elderly people, children, students, farmers, and international participants.
