As a Volunteer Animator, you will help create a friendly and joyful atmosphere by organizing activities, games, and workshops for children, young people, and the local community. You will work together with other volunteers and a coordinator. Your tasks: -Plan and lead fun activities, workshops, and games -Help organize events and community projects -Take photos or videos to share what you do -Support teamwork, creativity, and cultural exchange If you enjoy being creative, meeting people, and spreading good energy — this opportunity is for you!

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

-This project is part of the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) programme, which covers: -Accommodation: Provided in Lębork -Food: Monthly allowance for meals -Pocket money: Provided according to ESC rules -Health insurance: Full coverage through Henner -Local transportation: Covered for project-related activities You will live and work in a friendly environment, have the chance to meet people from different countries, and take part in meaningful activities that support the local community.

Training during the activity

After your arrival, you will take part in an onboarding training at the EDUQ Association to help you get to know our team, your tasks, and the local community. You will also participate in two national trainings organized by the Polish National Agency: A week-long On-Arrival Training in Warsaw A week-long Mid-Term Training in Toruń These trainings will help you connect with other ESC volunteers, learn more about the European Solidarity Corps, and develop your skills for the volunteering experience in Poland.

Participant profile

We are looking for young people who are: -18–30 years old -Energetic, creative, and enjoy working with others -Motivated to make a positive difference in the community -Flexible, open-minded, and able to work with people of all ages -Interested in learning about youth work, animation, and community projects -Most importantly, we want someone who will bring fun, creativity, and energy to the community while learning new skills.
