Description
You will familiarize with AAH environment & climate requirements, resilience, humanitarian, & DRR policies, supporting Environment, DRR/DP/HA and CC assessments & analysis; identify environment & climate risks and mainstream mitigation measures across project cycles; You will monitor & analyze global & local trends in CC & DRR interventions, their relevance and integration to programs, and participate in Clusters and coordination platforms; You will support the development of inclusive strategies to ensure addressing environment, CC & disaster issues in the project cycle; conduct DRR & CC Stakeholders Mapping, identify potential partners. You will support technical coordinators to strengthen capacities in proposal development & reporting, and SAME & WASH Teams in the integration of pastoralism-related issues, particularly in relation to the mobility of pastoralist communities, access to water, pressure on natural resources, and contribute to the capitalization and structuring of cross-

During the deployment you will be provided with a laptop and phone of the organization to ensure the means to carry out the activities. Profil du participant
Studies and/or experience in disaster risk reduction, climate change, environment studies, WASH, social sciences or international development. French C1. Familiar with DRR and Climate change mainstreaming concepts and approaches in projects/programs; skills to assess/manage DRR and Climate change outputs, outcomes, and impacts; computer/IT skills. High analytical capacity; effective communication, facilitation, and synthesis; an asset familiarity with mainstreaming differentiated impacts of hazards and climate change to vulnerable communities and with gender concepts/framework used by donors.
