If you are interested MUST CONTACT BEFORE to APPLY to: (check on the profile of participants to see the list)* We intend to promote and grow your active participation, the volunteering and the skills of all participants. Also to build a local change from breaking stereotypes and empowerment of the youth involved to facilitate social inclusion in their community and their own life. "Estiu a la Plaça" is a huge summer project focused on to tie together and grow the community by social inclusion activities for all. There is where intercultural and even intergeneration of local communities are enriching them by different activities such as sports, musical, dance, cultural, creatives, shows, etc. All of it is outside and free access. We will answer and contact ONLY the selected candidates.
Alojamiento, manutención y transporte
Accomodation will be in public school. you will be hosted in a shared room divided by gender. Even bathrooms will be shared by gender with communal showers, cold water. Local transport only will be cover if is needed for the activity. Food will be provided for the breakfast. Lunch and dinner will be by catering. ATTENTION: on inforpack and on your arrival will be explained all the internal rules related to the Primary School build. Keep in mind that school rules are MANDATORY, in case of breach the agreement, we will finalise the agreement and it could be sanctioned by the state.
Formación durante la actividad
Participants will have the opportunity to carry out a training and implementation process for our project. "Estiu a la plaça", a proposal for summer activities aimed at increasing social inclusion and cohesion community, based on the dynamization and responsibility of the participants, through the methodology of learning and service. It is an intercultural and intergenerational meeting place. The projects contribute to creating a bond with the community in addition to bring it closer to new activities (sports, musical, cultural or creative) all free and outdoor.
Perfil del participante
Volunteers should be: - aged 18-30 - have Sexual Offences Certificate (to be available to do activities with minnors) - interested in supporting the NGO working with and for vulnerable people; - interested in the topic of the project (social inclusion, integration, community life, inequality) - ready to interact with people with different kinds of vulnerability and of different social and economic backgrounds; - willing to actively participate and be flexible in different types of activities; - open-minded, sociable, empathetic; - interest and experiences in sports, music, theatre, photography.. are not mandatory but welcome. “Eligibility : Candidates must be 18 to 30 years old and reside in one of the eligible countries.
