Description
Der Freiwilligendienstler unterstützt pädagogische Prozesse in Maßnahmen der beruflichen Bildung. Er motiviert zum Lernen, hilft einzelnen Teilnehmenden bei der Aneignung allgemeinbildender Inhalte und beaufsichtigt Gruppen, die ihren Lernauftrag vom Fachpersonal erhalten haben./ The volunteer supports educational processes within vocational education and training programmes. They motivate participants to learn, assist individual participants in acquiring general education knowledge and skills, and supervise groups that have been assigned learning tasks by the professional staff.
Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport
Die Unterkunft wird vor Ort in Chemnitz bereitgestellt. Verpflegungs- und Fahrkosten werden im Rahmen des Programmes finanziert./ Accommodation will be provided on site in Chemnitz. Meals and travel costs will be covered as part of the programme.
Formation pendant l’activité
5 Bildungstage werden zentral organisiert. /Five educational days will be organised centrally.
Profil du participant
Abschluss einer pädagogischen Ausbildung, z.B. Erzieher, Lehrer, Pädagoge, wünschenswert Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung von jungen Menschen mit Behinderungen oder sozialen Benachteiligung Gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse (mindestens B1) / A qualification in education, such as an educator, teacher, or educational professional, is desirable. Interest in supporting the development of young people with disabilities or social disadvantages. Good German language skills (at least B1 level).
