Description

The volunteering mission is between February 17 and April 17. Suitable for young people between 18 and 30 years old. 24-Hour Non-Stop Theatre Marathon is a social experiment that explores the power of theatre to bring people together in an unusual, intense and transformative way. For 24 hours, without the right to sleep, we will play with theatre, through theatre and inside theatre. It is a collective artistic journey that challenges limits, builds community and creates a unique shared experience.

Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport

Participants will be provided with accommodation for the duration of the activity. The accommodation is shared, with participants staying in rooms with roommates. Food expenses and daily personal costs are covered through a daily allowance of 16 EUR per participant, intended for meals and pocket money. Travel costs are reimbursed according to the ESC distance calculator, based on the distance between the participant’s place of residence and the venue of the activity, in line with the programme rules.

Teamwork and event coordination in a 24-hour cultural marathon Visual identity and promotion basics (posters, flyers, logos, social media content) Media and public communication, including contact with journalists and partners Participant recruitment and audience engagement Social media content creation and live documentation Basic documentary filming and ethical documentation On-site event management, shift work, logistics, and support of para-theatrical activities

Profil du participant

We are looking for motivated, open-minded and responsible young people with an interest in theatre, culture, media, communication, or event organization. Volunteers should be ready to work in a dynamic environment, collaborate in teams, communicate with audiences and partners, and support a 24-hour cultural event. No previous professional experience is required, but commitment, reliability, creativity and curiosity are essential. All interested candidates are required to complete the application form.
