Have you ever dreamed to immerse in Slavic culture and mythology? Cultural Fair invites young people from Europe to spend two month in Poznań, organizing creative workshops, cultural events, helping in summer festival and implementing activities that connect generations such as the festival Paparać - an initiative of the migrant community in Poznań centred around the Belarusian Kupalle celebration. Organised by the Kut Foundation, each year, Paparać expands its focus and adapts its format promoting openness, intercultural dialogue, and social inclusion. The project and festival itself is a space for exchange between migrants, especially the Belarusian community and local residents, connecting self-identification with dialogue and engagement within the cultural context of the host region. Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport

Volunteers will be accommodated in shared rooms, and share the common kitchen and bathroom. Pocket money, food money and insurance is provided. Volunteers are provided with electronic public transport card to freely move around the city. Travel costs are fully coverd up to limits established in ESC guideliness.

Formation pendant l’activité

Volunteers will be involved in the Paparać Festival, where they will support logistics, promotion, and organizational tasks, as well as take part in creating decorations and shaping the festival space. Young people will have amazing opportunity to learn about Slavic culture and mythology, including basics of Polish language and some history of the city - Poznań. Volunteers will be engaged in organising workshops, designing social media campaigns and content creation. You will receive guidance in event management & more eg basic graphic design. Project is also an open space to share & exchange

Profil du participant

Age: 18-30 y.o. Level of English: At least intermediate. We are looking for motivated, young individuals, ready to engage in our NGO's work for 2 months. Ready to share a room with other volunteer for 2 months (gender based division). | Valid driving license will be a huge advantage | *NOTE: If you are willing to work with kids, you're obligated to provide us with no criminal record documentation*
