Description

As an ESC volunteer in our office, you will support activities related to long-term ESC projects and international workcamps. You will work closely with two coordinators and one other office volunteer, while being part of a group of 14 international ESC volunteers active in different host organizations across the Mazovia region. You will gain practical insight into how international youth projects are prepared and implemented. Your activities may include: creating infopacks and guides; supporting recruitment and communication with volunteers and partners; creating social media and website content; visiting volunteers in host organizations and documenting their activities; supporting workcamp promotion and preparatory meetings; assisting with documentation and organizational tasks; facilitating intercultural meetings and workshops in schools; organizing activities for intergration of other international ESC volunteers. Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport

Accommodation: single bedroom in a shared flat. Local transport: city transport pass (all public transport). Food allowance: 150 EUR/month (self-catering). Pocket money: 180 EUR/month. International travel: reimbursement up to 211, 309 or 395 EUR depending on distance (extra support offered for green travel). Language support: access to the online language course provided by the ESC programme (EU Academy).

Formation pendant l’activité

Orientation training (coordinating organisation): introduction to the project and tasks, group integration, planning. On-arrival training (National Agency, 5 days). Mid-term evaluation meeting (National Agency, 5 days). Final evaluation (coordinating organisation). Regular evaluation and thematic meetings (every two months): intercultural learning, communication, adaptation, reflection on learning progress.

Profil du participant

We are looking for a motivated and responsible person who: - communicates confidently in English (minimum B1), - feels comfortable working with people and speaking in public, - is open-minded, curious and interested in intercultural learning, - is proactive and ready to take initiative, - can combine teamwork with structured office tasks, - is reliable, organized and committed to the project, - is interested in youth work and non-formal education, - previous participation in a workcamp is an advantage. This project is for volunteers who want to actively contribute and develop practical skills in international youth cooperation.
