Co-create a vibrant community space by sharing your language (English, Spanish, Italian, or your mother tongue) through creative workshops storytelling circles, urban art, or community gardening with children, teens, and locals. Spark dialogue by organizing neighborhood festivals and intercultural evenings. Collaborate with short-term volunteers on inclusive holiday camps and outdoor adventures, weaving in environmental care and active citizenship. Listen, learn, and lead. Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport

Volunteers will reside in fully furnished shared flats, complete with spacious rooms and a communal space and kitchen that includes a backyard. Every two weeks, volunteers receive pocket money and a food allowance. The foundation ensures convenient access to the office, as all flats are within a 5-minute walking distance. Additionally, bicycles are available for use. Furthermore, volunteers are covered by Henner health insurance.

Formation pendant l’activité

The Polish National Agency provides two key trainings—On-Arrival and Mid-Term—enabling volunteers from across Poland to connect and exchange experiences. Additionally, we organize either a monthly skill-building workshops and weekly mentoring sessions to enhance volunteers’ competencies, foster team cohesion, and support personal development or an informal team-bonding activities outside the office, strengthening collaboration and camaraderie within the group.

Profil du participant

We are seeking motivated volunteers with a genuine passion for intercultural connection. A demonstrated interest in working with children and youth is essential.. Candidates should be prepared to design and organize workshops and activities.
We are looking to fill specific roles within our team:
Social Media Manager: Responsible for creating engaging content, editing videos, and documenting the project's journey through photography and short films.
Creative Workshop Leader: Brings a specific skill or artistic talent—such as music, theater, sports, ecology, or visual arts—to lead interactive workshops.
Administrative Supporter: Assists with coordination, daily operational tasks, and overall project organization while collaborating closely with the international team.
English / Language Tutor: give weekly lessons to locals through engaging courses. (Spanish or Italian language are a strong addition).
We welcome motivated individuals eager to contribute to a dynamic international community while gaining valuable personal and professional development.
