Description
Le Monty is a new place, shared and unifying, open to everyone to enhance creativity, citizen's initiatives, share competences and create synergies among citizens and the non for profit sector. The 3 ESC volunteers will be carrying different tasks at Le Monty, in collaboration with the TOF theatre (puppet show). These tasks could be for example: helping to welcome guests during events and thematic evenings (cinema club, trainings, etc.), DIY, stage preparation, entertainment and bar keeping, implementation of cultural events. Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport
Accommodation in a shared appartment in Le Monty for the ESC volunteers + one local person (4 rooms in total). Private rooms and shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. Food and pocket money is provided every month to the volunteers, who have to manage their budget by themselves.
Formation pendant l’activité
On-arrival and mid-term seminars organized by the French-speaking NA of Belgium. Get Together seminars organized by Compagnons Bâtisseurs Belgium (the coordinating organization). French class opportunities.
Profil du participant
Our project is open to anybody motivated by volunteering and who wishes to be involved in our organization and working in the field of culture and civic space, regardless of their nationality, religion, believes, diploma, professional experience. A volunteer comfortable with any type of public, proactive, willing to learn French, interested in transition, arts, flexible, willing to share about their culture and country...
