Description
The volunteer will contribute to managing social media accounts, creating engaging content such as posts, reels, and stories, and supporting the visibility of our projects. Tasks include designing visuals (posters, infographics), updating website content, and using digital tools like Canva and Google Workspace. The volunteer will also help document activities through photos, videos, and short reports, and support dissemination of Erasmus+ and ESC projects. Additionally, they will assist in workshops and local activities while bringing creative ideas to improve outreach and engagement. This role is ideal for someone interested in communication, digital tools, and youth work, who is proactive, creative, and eager to learn in an international environment.
Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport
Volunteers will stay in a shared apartment in Sorgun with double rooms, bathrooms, and a kitchen. The accommodation is provided by the coordinating organisation SORGED, and volunteers will live together with other ESC volunteers. The apartment will include basic kitchen equipment and internet access. According to ESC and Turkish National Agency rules, volunteers will receive 6 € daily pocket money and 6 € daily food allowance. Travel costs will be reimbursed according to the ESC distance calculator and must be approved before purchasing tickets.
Formation pendant l’activité
They will gain practical experience in social media management, content creation, and basic design using tools like digital tools. Learning will be based on a hands-on approach. Regular mentoring and feedback sessions will support personal and professional development. The volunteer will also join workshops and team meetings to improve communication and teamwork skills. Learning outcomes will be recognized with a Youthpass Certificate.
Profil du participant
We are looking for a proactive and creative volunteer interested in social media and digital tools. The participant should be willing to learn, take initiative, and contribute to content creation and communication activities. Basic English is required. Previous experience in design or social media is an advantage but not mandatory. Motivation, teamwork, and openness to intercultural learning are essential.
