Act & Grow with LEVEL UP is a 9-month volunteering opportunity in Łódź, Poland, for young people ready to support local community life through non-formal education, youth work, and social engagement. The first opportunity starts in June 2026. As a volunteer, you will support local activities, workshops, events, and international projects, while also helping with communication and promotion through social media, website, and blog content. You will work with children, young people, and local partners, gain practical experience in a dynamic NGO, and have space to develop your own ideas and initiatives. Alojamiento, manutención y transporte

Accommodation, food, and transport are provided according to programme rules. Each volunteer will have a private room with a bathroom in a student dormitory in central Łódź, with access to a shared kitchen. Food and pocket money are paid monthly by bank transfer. Travel costs are reimbursed in two instalments. Local transport is covered with a city card or tickets. |The project is hybrid: volunteers combine on-site and online tasks, and are expected to work from the office at least 3 days per week.

Formación durante la actividad

You will join our International Masters team, where you will be able to choose activities in the following areas: *creating project applications *helping in project coordination *conducting classes and workshops *facilitating activities during international projects *creating content for social media -including audiovisual content (photos, videos) *writing articles for the Association's blog *disseminating projects and promotion initiatives *training taking part in local events * help in the office work We provide a Polish language course and full introductory training to our digital tools.

Perfil del participante

We are looking for proactive, open-minded people who are willing to try new things, take initiative, and actively engage in the project. Volunteers should enjoy working in a team, but also feel comfortable working independently, managing their own tasks, and taking responsibility for their ideas and daily work. We value people who are well-organized, communicative, and ready to learn through practice. Volunteers should be able to adapt to different types of activities, manage their time, and contribute to a dynamic working environment. For project-related tasks, we are looking for people interested in coordination, non-formal education, workshop delivery, and event support. For communication and marketing activities, we welcome creative people who are familiar with social media, interested in trends, and motivated to create audiovisual content and help promote our initiatives. This opportunity is especially suitable for people who want to gain experience in youth work, local and international projects, language activities, event coordination, and community-based education, while also developing soft skills, digital competences, and greater independence in work.
