Description
Join a short-term volunteering project supporting a high-level international event focused on economic cooperation, investment, and innovation. Volunteers will assist with logistics, coordination, and on-site support for international participants. 🤝 Alongside the event, you’ll engage in local community activities organizing games, workshops, and events for children and families, as well as taking part in ecological initiatives such as gardening and zero-waste actions. 🌱 This project combines event support with community engagement, offering a chance to gain practical experience, develop teamwork skills, and work in an international environment. Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport
Travel to and from Gdańsk will be covered according to ESC guidelines. During your stay, you will be accommodated in a dormitory or a shared flat with other volunteers. You will receive pocket money (6 EUR per day) and food allowance. Volunteers are covered by additional health insurance and will receive a city transport pass. Our office is located in the city center with good public transport connections. Please note: the duration of the project is 3 weeks (no shorter stays possible).
Formation pendant l’activité
The project includes ice-breaking and team-building sessions, preparation and introduction to participation in the international event, as well as an introduction to local backyard/community (DS) activities.
Profil du participant
We are looking for volunteers who: -have experience in local volunteering and are willing to share it with others -are available for the full duration of the project (21 days + travel) -communicate in English at least at B1 level -are ready to obtain a Criminal Records Certificate
