Description
This opportunity offers young people the chance to actively contribute to environmental protection, non-formal education and community engagement at Pateira de Frossos an amazing Wetland for 59 days. Volunteers will be involved in a wide range of outdoor activities focused on biodiversity conservation, sustainable tourism, habitat restoration, environmental awareness and learning through direct contact with natural ecosystems. The project also includes participation in training activities, supporting activities for different target groups and contributing to sustainability and active citizenship at local level. This is a hands-on learning experience in a supportive and inclusive environment, promoting personal development, teamwork and European values. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.

Accommodation, travel and food costs are covered according to the European Solidarity Corps guidelines.
