Description

This project is designed for young people aged 18–30 who are passionate about environmental action and community building. Participants will lead initiatives such as local clean-up drives and public awareness campaigns aimed at mobilizing the community. Spanning nearly three weeks, this immersive program encourages participants to share their diverse cultures while developing essential skills. Through hands-on experience, teamwork, and structured reflection, volunteers will enhance their leadership, facilitation, and intercultural communication abilities. Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

-This project is part of the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) programme(Volunteering Teams), which covers: -Accommodation: Provided in Lębork -Food: Monthly allowance for meals -Pocket money: Provided according to ESC rules -Health insurance: Full coverage through Henner -Local transportation: Covered for project-related activities

Training during the activity

Participants will take part in a full-day training to equip them with all the essential information about the program, its activities, and the surrounding area.

We are looking for proactive individuals aged 18–30 who: -Are motivated and open-minded: You are eager to learn, adapt to new situations, and embrace different perspectives. -Enjoy teamwork & social engagement: You thrive in a collaborative setting and love connecting with people from diverse backgrounds. -Are passionate about the environment: You have a genuine interest in nature, sustainability, and protecting our planet. -Are ready to "do," not just "view": You are committed to being an active contributor to the project’s goals, taking initiative rather than just observing from the sidelines.
