Opis
This project is designed for young people aged 18–30 who are passionate about environmental action and community building. Participants will lead initiatives such as local clean-up drives and public awareness campaigns aimed at mobilizing the community. Spanning nearly three weeks, this immersive program encourages participants to share their diverse cultures while developing essential skills. Through hands-on experience, teamwork, and structured reflection, volunteers will enhance their leadership, facilitation, and intercultural communication abilities. Zakwaterowanie, wyżywienie i transport
-This project is part of the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) programme(Volunteering Teams), which covers: -Accommodation: Provided in Lębork -Food: Monthly allowance for meals -Pocket money: Provided according to ESC rules -Health insurance: Full coverage through Henner -Local transportation: Covered for project-related activities
Szkolenie w trakcie działania
Participants will take part in a full-day training to equip them with all the essential information about the program, its activities, and the surrounding area.
