Description
Tallinn Kullatera Kindergarten has nine groups in the kindergarten. In daily activities they have a mission: a kindergarten that cooperates with a playful, creative and innovative approach. Principal value: child- centered, safety, openness, reliability, humanity. Kindergarten activities keywords are safety, innovation, values, traditions, lifelong learning and caring of cooperation. Education and schooling process: child-centered playful learning. Kindergarten teaching activities keywords are child-centered approach, playfulness, using new methods and innovative approach, considering the child’s natural interest, development and accepting kids ideas. Kindergarten implements inclusive education, supports children’s individual/ speech development, offers different options to take part in hobbies. Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport
ESC Volunteers will be provided with suitable accommodation conveniently located near their respective hosting organisation. Accommodation will typically be in a shared apartment or hostel, furnished with essential items. Rooms may be private or shared, depending on availability, with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. Volunteers receive €5/day pocket money and additional €7/day food allowance, managing their own meals. International travel is reimbursed based on set travel budget and task related local transport is covered to full extent.
Formation pendant l’activité
Volunteers will take part in the ESC training cycle organized by the Estonian National Agency, which focuses on personal development and intercultural learning. Throughout the service period, EstYES also offers hikes and other group activities, creating further opportunities for social interaction and connection with fellow volunteers.
