Profil du participant
We are looking for motivated young people interested in gaining experience in educational, social, and community-based activities with children, young people, and families. The ideal volunteer is open-minded, adaptable, and ready to live in a shared and collaborative environment. Flexibility and willingness to participate in different types of activities and changing routines are appreciated, as the work may evolve depending on community needs and ongoing projects. We value people who are interested in intercultural exchange, personal growth, and active participation in local life, including learning a new language and engaging with the community in a small city context. A period of observation and gradual involvement is part of the experience, allowing volunteers to understand the educational approach before taking an active role.
