Description
The hosting project foresees the hosting of 3 European volunteers, who will be involved in one of the following areas. Each of the operational areas gathers 2 or more services characterized by a common macro objective: - Inclusion & Care: volunteers will work in the daily centers for people with disabilities - Youth & Active participation: volunteers will work in Youth Centers developing informal or non-formal tools. The daily tasks include participation in the promotion of EU projects, mobility and orientation - Educational services: after-school centers offer to kids a wide range of activities designed to engage children in productive and fun ways once the school day ends. - Migration & International cooperation: opportunity to work in the migration and refugee centers and participate in preparing and managing regional or international projects. Applications are accepted only through the European Youth Portal. Email applications will not be considered.
Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport
The volunteer will live in an apartment with the other ESC volunteers in Valdagno. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (2 single beds, divided by gender), shared cooking and living room and 2 bathrooms. All administrative costs (electricity, water, renting costs, wifi, etc) will be covered by the Hosting Organization. The volunteer will manage their own food and meals by receiving a food allowance (around €180,00 per month). The individual support grant (pocket money) is around €6 per day. Travel costs paid by volunteers will be reimbursed according to travel distance.

- Pre-departure training offered by supporting organisation - On-arrival training and Mid-term Evaluation offered by Italian National Agency - On the job training - Online Linguistic Support
Profil du participant
We are looking for volunteers who: - Are between 18 and 30 years old. - Are interested in working with the target groups relevant to their preferred activity area. - Have a strong team spirit and enjoy collaborating with others. - Are patient, responsible, creative, open-minded, and flexible. - Are motivated to learn, contribute to the local community, and actively participate in project activities. - Willing to develop and use conflict management skills.
