Description
This volunteering project will take place in Poggiardo, in the Salento region of Southern Italy, and will focus on inclusion, active participation, intercultural learning and personal development. Volunteers will take part in activities based on experiential learning, supporting local initiatives, community engagement, youth activities and dissemination tasks. Through learning by doing, teamwork and reflection, participants will develop new skills, strengthen their sense of responsibility and contribute to the local community in a meaningful way.
Profil du participant
We are looking for motivated young people who are interested in intercultural learning, community engagement, inclusion and active participation. Participants should be open-minded, flexible and ready to take part in different types of activities such as youth work, local events, workshops, teamwork and dissemination tasks. No previous professional experience is required; however, a willingness to learn, communicate with people from different backgrounds and contribute positively to the local community is expected.
