Spend almost a year in Bulgaria, develop your project, creative, and communication skills, and make a real impact. We are looking for 1 motivated volunteer for the role: Project/Event Manager OR photo- & videographer. You’ll be immersed in Erasmus+, ESC, event management, content creation, and youth work, gain mentorship, hands-on experience, and take part in local & international events. Perfect for 18–27, creative, proactive volunteers from EU program countries. ESC covers: travel, food & pocket money, accommodation in Sofia (utilities + internet), Henner insurance, local transport, and on-arrival & mid-term trainings. Participant profile
We are looking for a volunteer who is: • 18-27 years old; • From an EU country; • Able to communicate in English; • Creative, proactive, and eager to learn; • Interested in project/event management, social media, or photography & videography; • Flexible, adaptable, and motivated to contribute to the mission of Synergy Bulgaria; • Ready to commit to a 8-month ESC long-term volunteering experience.
