Description
The activity programme aims to bring together 5 volunteers from Italy and 5 from Albania, to implement a serious of activities focusing on children and young people. In specific to:
- Promote solidarity and active citizenship through volunteering; - Encourage intercultural dialogue and mutual understanding between Italian and Albanian young people; - Support educational and recreational activities for children and teenagers; - Develop volunteers' competences in teamwork, communication, creativity, leadership and community engagement; - Raise awareness about volunteering and the opportunities offered by the European Solidarity Corps. Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport
Volunteers will be accommodated in flats rented by the organization, in double rooms, fully equipped.

Formation pendant l’activité
The volunteering team will receive a comprehensive training program before and during the activity. This includes an introductory session on ESC values and project objectives, practical workshops on event management and intercultural communication, and guidance on teamwork and problem-solving skills. Ongoing mentoring and reflection sessions will ensure volunteers gain valuable competencies while contributing meaningfully to the event. The activities will focus on children, so the main learning will be around this topic, about education, managing groups, implementation of meaninful activities.
Profil du participant
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic young people (18–30 years old) from Italy and Albania to join our volunteering team in Tirana, Albania. We need people ready to interact with different target groups, especially children, but also youth. Someone ready to propone recreational activities with creative and non-formal approach, willing to step out of comfort zone, with medium / high level of English.
