We are looking for a European volunteer for a long-term project to join our team at Gramigna APS, an Italian NGO based in a beautiful village in the South of Italy named Torrecuso. Our organisation is dedicated to social inclusion, sustainability, youth empowerment, and local community development.
Dates: August 25th – December 11th, 2026
Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport
Accommodation: You will live with the other international volunteers in a shared apartment. As a long term volunteer, you will have a private single room to ensure your personal space, while sharing common areas (bathrooms, kitchen, and dining room) with the team.
Financial Support: Pocket money is provided each month, along with a dedicated food allowance according to official ESC standards (total of 360 EUR/month).
Travel & Transport: Your travel to and from Italy will be reimbursed up to the official ESC distance calculator limit.
Formation pendant l’activité
This long-term project offers a complete hands-on experience combining rural activities, digital communication, and community engagement throughout the autumn season.
During your stay, you will participate in:
Digital Communication & Editorial Media: Supporting Gramigna’s digital strategy through social media management, graphic materials, and visual storytelling
Autumn Harvest & Rural Life: optional activity workshops Hands-on fieldwork involving the traditional grape harvest, grape processing and olive harvesting in the countryside. Organise event for community supported agriculture (CSA)
Profil du participant
We are looking for an open-minded, motivated European volunteer (aged 18–30) ready to embrace countryside life and long-term team dynamics.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Active participation in outdoor, seasonal agricultural tasks (grape & olive harvesting).
Creating media content (social media management, articles, digital materials, photo/video documentation).
Assisting the staff in non-formal education workshops, Erasmus+ activities, and local festivals.
Independent living: volunteers are responsible for maintaining their shared house and cooking their own meals in a cooperative spirit.
