Join I Girasoli Onlus! 🌻 Take part in a 6-month ESC Volunteering experience in the heart of Sicily. This project brings together young volunteers to provide support to people in situations of marginality and social difficulties, particularly refugees, asylum seekers, and unaccompanied foreign minors. Through early childhood support, intercultural workshops, and the regeneration of assets confiscated from the mafia, volunteers will help create a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Activities include: Assisting in a micro-crèche with toddlers aged 1 to 3, facilitating artistic and cultural workshops for refugees and asylum seekers within the SAI projects, and participating in environmental and community regeneration projects on properties confiscated from organized crime.

👀 Who can apply?
- ✔️ Aged 18–30
- ✔️ Empathetic, patient, and naturally motivated to work with very young children (1–3 years)
- ✔️ Open, adaptable, and curious to engage with diverse, multicultural environments (SAI projects)
- ✔️ Interested in teamwork, active citizenship, legality, anti-mafia culture, social inclusion, and eco-sustainability
✨ No previous experience required — motivation, empathy, and positive energy are what matter most! Young people with fewer opportunities are especially encouraged to apply.
