This 8-week ESC project focuses entirely on health and wellbeing, aiming to foster a thriving environment for both students and staff. Based on their educational backgrounds and skills, volunteers will engage in diverse tasks to cultivate a positive campus culture, with special attention to international newcomers. Key activities include: 

  • Conducting research and designing informative brochures, digital content, and awareness materials. 
  • Setting up info-stands and organizing campaigns to boost campus wellbeing awareness. 
  • Conducting surveys, collecting data, and analyzing community needs. 
  • Producing videos, creating graphics, and handling video editing and animations for digital wellbeing projects. 
  • Translating resources and adaptation guides for international students.

Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport
  • Accommodation: You will stay in shared student accommodation facilities.
  • Food: Meal expenses will be covered by the host organization, either in cash or in the form of meals.
  • Pocket money: It will be given to the volunteers in accordance with official ESC rules. 
  • Transport: Local transit support for official activities will be managed by the hosts.
Formation pendant l’activité

Volunteers will receive comprehensive on-site training and continuous mentoring tailored to their background and tasks. Training includes: 

  • Orientation & Intercultural Learning: Campus dynamics, inclusion strategies, and cultural adaptation support. 
  • Skill-Based Workshops: Hands-on guidance in video production, editing, graphic design, and content creation. 
  • Project Management: Training on conducting surveys, organizing info-stands, and health awareness campaigns.
Profil du participant

We are looking for volunteers who have/are:

  • Strong interest in health, wellbeing, and community building, with an open-minded and adaptable attitude to work in a multicultural environment with students and staff. 
  • Committed to fostering an inclusive campus culture and supporting international newcomers through teamwork. 
  • Background or interest in public health, psychology, social sciences, communication, or related fields. 
  • Skills or motivation in digital content creation, graphic design, video production, editing, and animation. 
  • Educational background or skills in translation, different languages, literature, or language-related areas for material adaptation. 
  • Good communication and teamwork skills to actively engage people at info-stands and awareness campaigns.
