By this project we want to explore and support possibilities of sustainable individual and community lifestyle in the rural area. Objectives: • To understand principles of Permaculture and get useful skills and inspiration for everyday life in rural areas • To continue reconstruction of 200years old traditional house „black kitchen“ museum, with traditional methods • To prepare cultural events and activities for local community Examples of specific activities: • Gardening ( Three sisters garden) • Medicinal herbs picking and processing • Reconstruction of buildings and property maintenance • Re-cycling, or Up-cycling • Building garden furniture • Organizing cultural events • Managing projects • English lessons with local comunity • Creative workshops ... and other needed

Beitrag zu Unterbringung, Verpflegung und Reisekosten

We have separate part of our house with two bedrooms, kitchen bathroom and toilet, where we can accommodate four persons. This part of the house will be volunteers accommodation.Allowance per month is 122€. For food Volunteers will get extra120€ per person per month to manage the board. There is possibility of using own kitchen. In the village is a small grocery, also there is a school kitchen with reasonable prices, and also there is option of food delivery. There is also possibility that can cook and eat all together.

Fortbildung im Rahmen der Tätigkeit

Volunteers will get skills in Permaculture design and also in Dragon Dreaming project management methodology.

Teilnehmerprofil

Somebody who is looking for live in rural area.We require personal determination, responsibility and proactive approach. Volunteers have to be able to share time and space with others but also to spent some time alone with themselves. Life in the rural area brings several other demands: manual work as a part of daily routine, different living comfort including heating with wood, care about the garden etc. For people interested in broader relations of life (healthy lifestyle,living in the rural areas, ecological awareness, relation to nature, and demand for self-development).
