Opis
The Center is giving rehabilitation treatment for underage patients with different chronic diseases and conditions of skeletal and neuromuscular system. Rehabilitation medicine needs to develop involving general rehabilitation events contributing to to the disabled children’s physical and mental maximum development and contribute to the integration into society. The volunteer's tasks will be all activities with children between 4 and 15: Organizing leisure time activities, sport activities, workshops on painting and sculpturing, helping the children with homework, organizing workshops to promote the creative abilities of the children. The volunteer will be participating in the seminars which are organized for the staff on the work with disabled children, will learn methods of work etc. The volunteer will also be in communication with the parents of the children !! Zakwaterowanie, wyżywienie i transport
During their voluntary service the volunteer will live in a hostel with other volunteers, probably sharing the room with a fellow volunteer. All facilities will be provided with a bed, sheets and linen. On a monthly basis the volunteer will receive an allowance for food and will prepare it with other volunteers or on her own. The volunteer will receive pocket money. The guest house is situated in the safe quarter of the city. The volunteer will be supported by HUJ should they need medical or other help. The volunteer will be reimbursed for the international travel costs.
Szkolenie w trakcie działania
The pedagogical support will be provided by the staff of Rehabilitation centre, especially by supervisor of the project. The volunteer will also participate in the seminar-trainings organized by the staff of the Canter which will help the volunteer to get more motivated for the work activities. The volunteers will have 2 Armenian classes per week with experienced teacher of Armenian language.

Ability to teach German songs and dances to children, interest in working with children, organizing free time activities, sport activities, communicating with parents, organizing evenings and discussions for them, working language: English !!
