Volunteering at youth center teilweise

Opis działania

We are a young and open-minded association with Christian motivation and we promote youth work in our youth centre and in the Southern part/district of Salzburg. ...yet at the beginning of our enterprise, crazy enough to think that in connection to our work a new youth community might start (fresh X-project). We (and therefore also you) are involved in the children’s and youth centre during opening hours, (learning) studying times, workshops (i.e. music, sports) and leisure time facilities, children’s programme in a refugees accommodation, going out to parks and meeting-points in the city, projects with different partners, programmes during school holidays.

Zakwaterowanie, wyżywienie i transport

A local standard accommodation and local transport is provided by the hosting organisation. The volunteer receives food money monthly from the hosting organisation.

Szkolenie w trakcie działania

On-arrival training and Mid-term training, which is organised by the Austrian National Agency - with other volunteers in Austria.

Profil uczestnika

You have the opportunity to try out your abilities and your limits in a new environment, to be part of our team, to be challenged, to learn and make great experiences. You should share our ideals, be between 18 and 30 years old, have experience working with children and / or young people, speak German very well or speak English very well and have a basic knowledge of German, be open to different cultures.
