Beschreibung der Tätigkeit

Join us for a last month of fun and cool activities in rural Romania. We are putting together a team of 12 international volunteers to help us energize a local community. Are you in? Come to Romana for one month (September) or more if you wish to help us organize activities, workshops and games in our youth centres and even to arrange and prepare spaces for young people to hang out. This is a Volunteering Team project, so its also open for people that did long term EVS/ESC

Beitrag zu Unterbringung, Verpflegung und Reisekosten

- reimbursement of travel costs in the end of the stay according to the rules of the programme - accommodation in a youth hostel, in the same area with the working place - food allowance and pocket money - local transport bus permits and car when needed for activities

Fortbildung im Rahmen der Tätigkeit

- coordination support, materials for activities and equipment - task-related trainings such as teambuilding, health and security, event management, basic youthwork and group dynamics, communication, - mentor support - language training

Teilnehmerprofil

- is between 18 and 30 years old - is available for the full 30 days of the mobility or more - is motivated to do international volunteering - is strongly motivated to live and work in rural area - is interested in learning a different European language - is motivated to work with children and young people - is motivated to develop new competences and to learn about community development - has good English communication skills, spoken and written
