Description de l’activité
Tree planting, tree care and lots of watering in the summer. In addition you will be given time to grow your own veggie garden. Excursions will be made to other permaculture projects and fincas and you will also have to create your own project. First language will be english, though you can practise Spanish with the Youth in Permaculture. Ideally we would like someone from the Balearic islands. You will be joining a project that started in February as our Spanish volunteer received an offer of employment too good to turn down and has had to leave early.Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport
Accommodation is self contained for three volunteers on the farm and includes independent internet and Netflix. Kitchen includes freezer and washing machine. A food allowance is given following Erasmus guidelines and you will be taken shopping once a week. In addition we will cook for you once a week. Transport for free time - Llubi train station is a 10-15 min walk from the farm.Formation pendant l’activité
We will teach you what needs to be done here but the excursions are also learning experiences to give you as broad a view in permaculture practises as possible. We are happy to teach you all we can in any subjects you have a particular interest in. Also the Youth in Permaculture meets here are a combination of social and learning.Profil du participant
We are looking for a young people with fewer opportunities who has a passion for the environment or nature and is willing to learn. Volunteers have to be aware that it can be very hot here in the summer.Dates de l’activité
