Help in an art festival in Spain for the summer!

ON&OFF will host a team of 10 volunteers for the summer in Camprovin, La Rioja. The objective is to provide the volunteers with a unique experience collaborating in a street art festival: Camprovinarte. Artists from all over the world will stay in Camprovin to decorate its streets with art and colour. The volunteers will help with the logistics and management of the festival. Among other activities the volunteers will collaborate and help the artists in the creative process, run workshops and activities that will take place within the festival, administrative work typical of an NGO, and work in the local patch and environmental activities of the town and others. Also, the volunteers will participate in the regular activities of ON&OFF related to drama, such as drama summer camps, drama workshops for people with special needs, activities to strengthen the social tissue in Caprovin and more! Beitrag zu Unterbringung, Verpflegung und Reisekosten

The volunteer will work and live in Camprovin, a small town in La Rioja (36 km away from Logroño). The volunteer will regularly work 28 hours a week. The costs related to the project will be covered by the Erasmus+ programme established by the Spanish National Agency including accommodation, food, medical insurance, transportation, pocket money, etc. ON&OFF has rented a house in Camprovín for the ten volunteers, with shared rooms, with big living areas and a garden. Transportation will be provided for working activities related to the volunteering activities.

Fortbildung im Rahmen der Tätigkeit

The volunteers will have access to the pieces of training entitled by the ESC program such as a language course. ON&OFF will also train the team of volunteers for the tasks needed.

Teilnehmerprofil

Be between 18 and 30 years old. Come from a programme country. Have an accredited sending organization for an ESC project. Open-minded and able to adapt to new environments and cultures. Special attention will be paid to those candidates with digital skills, social media savvies, audio-visual knowledge (photography, filming, and editing), event management, and some previous artistic experience in theatre, music and street art. Unfortunately, ON&OFF cannot sponsor visas, the candidate must have the right and permit to legally stay in Spain for a month.
