Colouring your life by Volunteering

Are you young and ready for new experiences? Do you like to be a volunteer? Do you want to improve your Spanish skills? Then you’ve come to the right place! In AJ Inter your work might not be monotonous. We will pay attention to your ideas and we will be creating new activities together. We’re willing to use them in order to create new projects and to reach more young people. The main part of your work is help us in our social media, organising activities, for example language clubs, highschool lessons, movie nights, etc. Also, you will work with us on our AJ inter journal, this includes the whole process from deciding its content to the layout and writing of articles. We want from you to create creative contents for social media, you will promote our projects and activities as well as Erasmus+, YouthPass and other programmes of the European Union.

Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport

The volunteer will be accommodated in a flat with other ESC volunteers or with Spanish university students. The flat is fully equipped with 4 separate bedrooms, a shared kitchen, dining room & bathrooms. Each person will have its own bedroom.  The host organization takes in charge the costs of the accommodation. Each volunteer will have their own bicycles and they will be using it as transportation tool. Home is located close to the center and it will be a 15 to 20 minutes bicycle ride to our office. Volunteers will be receiving pocket money and food allowance.

Formation pendant l’activité

Volunteer will be joining arrival training and midterm evaluation in Spain. We will also help volunteer to learn editing programs. Selected volunteer will be learning about Erasmus+ opportunities, youth work and informal education.

Profil du participant

We are looking for 3 open-minded, creative and responsible young people who speak English & Spanish and want to improve their soft skills. Knowledge about social media & basic video editing and creative mind will be useful in this volunteering project. The volunteers should have an interest in youth work and be eager to work in an office where we prepare activities, respond to emails and promote Erasmus+ projects through social media. This project is meant for young people who would like to gain experience, learn new skills and connect with other volunteers from all over Europe.
