Nature-Community Autumn Workcamp 2023

No.1 On our property there are about 15 bungalows from the 70's. The volunteers will undertake the typical tasks of a major renovation. From demolition to the construction of a new structure depending on the object. This will include all activities inside and outside that they feel capable of. They will always be accompanied by experienced and trained personnel and equipped with safety clothing. No.2 The total forest area of our organisation is about 4 ha and consists mostly of spruce. We want to upgrade the Nature- Community´s forest. This includes the maintenance of our green areas through the activities necessary for this purpose.

Alojamiento, manutención y transporte

The hosting organization will provide for the accommodation of the volunteers. Living conditions will be simple, comfortable, in shared rooms. Three meals are served each day - breakfast, lunch and dinner (all vegan and biological). In addition we provide fruit, water, tea and coffee throughout the day in the dining room. The volunteer is invited to use all other community rooms, like living room, spa-area or the playing room. Internet and laundry is available on a daily basis. Shuttle service is provided, if needed.

Perfil del participante

The target group for this project is young adults aged 18-30. They may or may not have prior experience with the the areas of learning specific to the project they are participating in. An interest in sustainable ways of living (no previous experience required, just motivation to learn) is essential, an openness to learning about environmentally friendly practices as well as all dimensions of sustainability.
