Generations in Harmony: Volunteer with elders and young mothers

Welcome to the vibrant and dynamic House of Generations! In our institution, we provide diverse social services, to residents spanning various age groups. Our organization is home to around 40 elders harmoniously and 11 young, resilient mothers and their children who add boundless energy to our community. We also operate as a Day Center for the elderly organizing a variety of interesting and engaging activities. If you decide to join us as a volunteer, you'll be at the heart of it all. We provide the opportunity to participate in activities tailored to our diverse clientele. From tending to the needs of our beloved elders to teaching those new languages and computer skills, your impact will be felt throughout the center. And for our young mothers, you'll be a guiding light, imparting invaluable domestic skills and easing the demands of daily life.

Alojamiento, manutención y transporte

You will receive a private room in a shared flat with other international volunteers. We will also cover public transportation costs in the city. Volunteers also receive monthly food and pocket money.

Formación durante la actividad

Volunteering group meetings once a month. Monthly meetings and support from a mentor. Participating in on-arrival and mid-term training. Learning the Lithuanian language through OLS. Participation in events organized by our organization Patria.
