Beja, Portugal

The application deadline has passed.

Activity description

The volunteers will actively support the association's staff across various fields to benefit the local community and our members. They will engage in the following activities: Volunteers will assist in revitalizing the Check-IN Eurodesk Infopoint by organizing the physical space, developing materials regarding European mobilities, updating the organization's website and Facebook pages, and creating a newsletter featuring opportunities and monthly documentary activities. Additionally, volunteers will collaborate with the staff to organize sessions on European Programs in schools, universities, youth organizations, and municipalities. This involvement includes reaching out to partners, promoting sessions, managing materials, coordinating participants, maintaining online platforms, and documenting volunteer experiences and activities every month.

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

The volunteer will have the opportunity to share the house with other dedicated volunteers or even university students in a warm and friendly environment. Strategically located near the university and several restaurants, the house offers exceptional convenience, allowing easy access to educational facilities and dining options. In addition, the environment provides an atmosphere of collaboration and cultural exchange, enriching the experience for both volunteers and university students.
