Ege Pedal Sport Club Association is non-profit sport organisation based in Izmir, Turkey. Our association was founded in 2010 and is affiliated to Turkish Cycling Federation, the sport's national governing body. Ege Pedal has a large number of staff specialized in areas related to development of youths: youth workers, team leaders and coaches and mental trainers, supporting our youth members. Currently our club has over 80 licienced cylists, 16 volleyball, 24 Rugby licienced sportsmen and sportswomen and 6 full time-trainers. Our club takes part in races in male and female junior, elite, master categories. Thanks to this human resources, Ege Pedal has won several medals and cups both on local and national level so far, an example of which is gold medal in the Turkish Young Female Cycling Team Championship in 2013 and 2020. In addition to these, in 2013-2020, our sports club has kept working hard to bring out incredible awards which are a gold medal earned by our junior female cycling team, a silver medal by elite female cycling team and a bronze medal by junior male cycling team. Since its establisment, Ege Pedal has always been actively involved in sport events both in Izmir and neighbouring cities. Cooperating with both governmental bodies and other sports clubs, it takes any chance possible to benefit from our city’s potential resources to contribute to the development of our youth community in the Agean Region.
