Association "Jaunatne smaidam" is a non-profit, non-political youth organization founded in 2005. Our main goal is to become a vital resource for the sustainability of local communities by empowering young people and offering opportunities to create, experience and collaborate. We are a values-based organization dedicated to fostering personal and collective growth, with a mission to create an environment where young people can thrive and contribute to the community.
Our main goals are:
Create: Enable local communities to engage in learning, participation and self-realization.
Experience: To offer both local and international opportunities that promote the personal growth and development of young people.
Being together: Creating an environment where young people can develop their competencies for the benefit of local communities.

Target group: Our main focus is on children and young people between the ages of 7 and 30, especially in the Bauska region. In 2024, we expanded our operations in the regions of Rēzekne and Ludza. We also engage with the wider community by offering activities that benefit all residents. With our initiatives, we want to promote the development of communities and provide young people with meaningful experiences.
- This organisation is accredited to run projects under Erasmus+ Volunteering and the European Solidarity Corps.
- This organisation holds a European Solidarity Corps Quality Label. The Quality Label certifies that the organisation is able to run projects in compliance with the principles and objectives of the European Solidarity Corps.
