Description de l'organisation

The target group of our association are the international students in Luxembourg, including participants who are in Luxembourg for internship, volunteers from other associations...
We organize weekly Friday encounter; every week one of the students (or a group of students coming from the same country) make the presentation of his /their country and cook; presentation made by power-point, interactive discussion, games...
-We offer language support; the volunteer will be involved to support the students and eventually organize language tandems for students who want to learn their language.
The association makes one monthly trip to cities around Luxembourg; the volunteer will help in organizing the trips, city- guided-tours...
We have also monthly trips in Luxembourg, in order to discover the country, meet local people, learn about traditions in Luxembourg, feel the international atmosphere of Luxembourg
A bigger event is the trip to one of the cities of Europe, during the semester holiday; the volunteer will be involved in the preparations of this trip (journey, visits, cultural background ...)
We have weekly meetings with common games and participating in activities in the house of intergenerational living (with Caritas) with focus on social inclusion methodology
We try to have a very huge variety of activities, so that all the students can attend to the activities according to talents, needs and interests.
We like to combine out-door activities with hiking, cycling, discovering the country and give enough possibilities to the students to talk to each other- without any concrete subject- in small groups, while going by train, hiking...
We take care that students of the same country don't stay together the whole time, enjoy our very open- minded atmosphere and join students of other origins.
