Beskrivelse av organisasjon

Die Montessori Fördergemeinschaft Würzburg e.V. wurde im Jahr 1991 aus einer Elterninitiative heraus gegründet. Sie ist als Trägerverein gemeinnützig anerkannt. Die Fördergemeinschaft will die von Maria Montessori für die vorschulische und schulische Erziehung begründete pädagogische Arbeit pflegen, fördern und in eigener Trägerschaft Einrichtungen errichten und führen. Zur Montessori- Fördergeminschaft gehören seit 1991- Gründung der Montessori Schule Würzburg, und des Kinderhorts ,1997- Gründung des Kinderhauses und Eröffnung der ersten "Integrationsklasse", 2006 Gründung der Kinderkrippe in Zell/ Main, 2007 Gründung der Montessori- Fachoberschule ( MOS) und dann 2015 die Gründung des Waldkindergartens.
"Auf dem Weg auf dem die Schwachen sich stärken, ist der gleiche wie der, auf dem die Starken sich vervollkommnen". (Maria Montessori) Seit dem Schuljahr 1997/98 kooperiert die Montessorischule mit der Christophorusschule, einer Schule zur individuellen Lebensbewältigung. Eine Außenklasse mit 12 Kindern, sind auf verschiedenen Klassen der Montessorischule Würzburg verteilt. In diesen Klassen findet der Unterricht gemeinsam statt, die Sonderpädagog*innen der Christophorusschule bilden ein Team mit den Lehrkräften der Montessorischule. Bisher waren die Freiwilligen immer in der Montessori- Grund und Mittelschule eingesetzt.


The beneficial community of Montessori was founded in 1991 by a parent initiative. It is accredited as a non -profit supporting association. The Beneficial community wants to support and cultivate the school and pre- school pedagogic work grounded by Maria Montessori, and to set it up and lead it in their own institution.
Institutions belonging to the Beneficial community of Montessori- the Montessori school Wuerzburg ( since the foundation in 1991, the children house and opening of the first integrated class in 1997, the day nursery (since 2006) and the specialized secondary school (since 2007) and the forest kindergarten group in 2015.
Main concern of the Montessori school for everyone is integration of children with disabilities.
“The way in which the weak ones strengthen themselves, is the same way, in which the strong ones improve themselves” (Maria Montessori) Since 1997/98 the Montessori school has been cooperating with the Christophorus school in Würzburg, a school for “life skills”. Twelve children from an external class are placed in different classrooms of the Montessori. There are the subjects taught for all children together, by a team of special pedagogues from the Christophorus school and teachers from the Montessori school.
