Descripción de la organización:

National Association of Resource Teachers Bulgaria (NART) working for quality inclusion and education of children with different abilities and needs in mainstream education. We have regional in the country and over 1100 current members. We work with kinder gardens, schools, national and local authorities, other NGO, universities. NART’s mission is to promote continuous improvement of the quality of education services in support of integration and inclusion of all children.
Aims
• To contribute to the confirmation of the profession of resource teachers and the other specialists in the sphere of resource supporting as a significant component for integration and uniting of children and students.
• To create and confirm professional standards in the sphere of resource supporting of children and students with special educational needs.
• To participate at an expert level and as a civil organization in the elaboration of policies within the sector’s frame.
• To introduce in the country the European and world experience in the sphere of resource supporting and project management in the field.
We organize: the research of problems related to the development of resource support, integration and inclusion in education; methodological, legal, information and other services supporting the activities of the member; national, regional and international events.
The target groups are: children, young people, parents, schools staff, trainers, resource teachers and specialist.
