CHANCE - Bildung, Jugend und Sport BJS gGmbH (CHANCE BJS gGmbH) was founded in 2009 in Berlin. It offers the development and implementation of employment and qualification projects in the context of employment promotion, education, youth and social policy and is guided by the values ​​of solidarity, democracy, emancipation, transparency, multiculturalism, tolerance, party political neutrality and equal opportunities.

CHANCE International is the international department of CHANCE BJS gGmbH. We see ourselves as educational and cultural facilitator. We support the cooperation between Eastern Europe and Germany/Western Europe. Since 2011, we have been active in the field of international youth work, networking youth and educational organizations, associations, initiatives, schools, universities, etc. in the field of non-formal education.

CHANCE International is a member of BDP Landesverband Berlin e.V .: bdp-berlin.org BDP Federal Association e.V .: bundesverband.bdp.org

We organize:
- Youth Exchanges
- Training programs for youth workers/educators
- Language camps
- European Voluntary Services (ESC)

Every year we implement about 15 encounter projects. Each project can include up to 30 participants.

With our exchange projects we would like to:
- Promote understanding and collaboration between young people from the partner countries
- Support young people's non-formal learning and empower them personally
- Raise the awareness of the participants on the issues relevant to youth and society: democratic thinking, voluntary engagement, social cohesion, diversity, inclusion etc.
- Empower and refine young people`s interpersonal and social change-making skills

In our meetings the participants work project-oriented on a specific topics:
"Arts in urban places", "Design and share your city!", "Youth makes theater!", "Music connects!", "Voluntarily active!", "Environmental awareness" etc. and develop together: Performances, exhibitions, volunteer actions, future exchange projects etc.

We are always expanding our network
CHANCE International invites for cooperation: young people, youth workers, educators, youth and educational organizations / institutions etc. Together we can discuss project ideas and plan encounters.

CHANCE International does not just implement a program, it commits itself in ensuring the quality and integrity of the programs. Our projects participants represent a vast and diverse pool of young and adult learners.

CHANCE International ist die internationale Abteilung des Trägers CHANCE BJS gGmbH mit Sitz in Berlin. Wir sehen uns als Bildungs- und Kulturvermittler zwischen Osteuropa und Deutschland/Westeuropa. Mit unseren Austauschprojekten möchten wir:

 Verständigung und Kooperation zwischen den Teilnehmer_innen aus den Partnerländern fördern
 Non-formales Lernen der jungen Menschen unterstützen und ihre sozialen Kompetenzen entwickeln und stärken
 Teilnehmer_innen sensibilisieren für jugend- und gesellschaftsrelevante Themen: demokratisches Denken, freiwilliges Engagement, sozialer Zusammenhalt, Diversität, Inklusion etc.
 Junge Menschen als Multiplikator_innen der internationalen Jugendarbeit gewinnen
In unseren Begegnungen arbeiten die Teilnehmer_innen projektorientiert an einem bestimmten Thema: “Design and share your city!”, "Jugend macht Theater!", "Musik verbindet!", "Freiwillig aktiv!", "Erlebte Geschichte", "Umweltbewusst handeln!" etc. und entwickeln gemeinsam: Performances, Ausstellungen, Freiwilligenaktionen, zukünftige Austauschprojekte etc.

CHANCE International lädt zu der Kooperation: junge Menschen, Jugendarbeiter_innen, Lehrkräfte, Jugend- und Bildungsorganisationen/Institutionen etc.
