The organization PARCOURS LE MONDE – SUD EST is a French non-profit organization created in December 2015. Its objective is to promote and develop the European and International Mobility, intercultural dialogue and citizenship, social and professional inclusion through formal and non-formal education. Our work focuses on a public with limited access to international mobility.

Scope of action
The head office of the organization is located in Marseille, South of France. We work at a regional level (Région Sud). The organization has 2 offices: Marseille and Nice, and a permanency in Grasse.

Goals :
- Encouraging mobility projects and cooperation in Europe
- Strengthening skills to improve employability
- Promoting tools for recognition and evaluation of skills

The organization holds three main missions:
- Informing and raising awareness on European and international mobility programs and opportunities, towards youngsters (16-30 y-o) and professionals.
- Individual support and tutoring ; International Mobility for all » ; monitoring, skills enhancement recognition before, during and after the mobility.
- European and International Mobility Projects Lab ; a space to create experimental and innovative projects.

Target group :
- Youngsters from 16 to 30, mainly those recognized as NEETs. One of our goal is to give them access to international Mobility and support them in the establishement of an inclusion path, with Mobility as a tool, a decisive step.

Regular activities :
- Informational / raising awareness activities –
We hold information meetings about international mobility and European programmes, for youngsters (in our offices, and at partner's such as Social Centers), on a bimensual basis, in all of our cities (Marseille, Nice, Grasse). We participate in partnership with social centers in a national programme for socioprofesional inclusion of youngsters (Garantie Jeunes) for which we hold a workshop of initiation to interculturality and european citizenship. By our participation to many local events we also inform the public about international Mobility, inclusion and European programmes. We also inform the profesional (youth workers) to the importance and effectivity of mobility as a tool in the profesional path of young people.
- Individual support and tutoring –
Following the steps of a predeparture training we set up learning objectives both for reaching a profesional project as well as for the mobility itsel. The indiviudal support can take many form according to the needs of the public, but it’s mainly about reaching the objectives we set. We provide personal counseling and administrative help (CV/LM in English, applications). Part of the tutoring is collective : we hold workshops about countries and culture, interculturality, linguistic (English, weekly basis, in every city we work in), administrative etc.
Return training : as important as the predeparture training. Debriefing and assessment of the experience. Assess the skills adquired, according to our predeparture learning objectives. We turn into words the learning outcomes of the participant. Guide and tutor them in the next steps of their profesional path.
- Innovative Laboratory –
We want to impulse innovative projects in our territories, projects linked to inclusion, international mobility and european citizenship. Therefore we are member of the regional coordination of mobilities organization and we were part of the creation), we work for the regional office of employement to coordinate their erasmus+ intersnship programme, we also have a training project for Youth workers in Marseille, we hold a Civic and Citizen Training for the French Volunteers in Civic Services in Nice, we started working with jails in Marseille and Grasse, we are part of local projects about work and youth in all our cities, we are part of some local working groups about NEETS or Entrepreneurship for Youngsters, etc.
