AIM AT SUPPORT z.ú. is a non-governmental volunteer-based organisation providing services to Youth and wide public in the area of information services including information related to International environment, non formal education of youngsters and career guidance. Further its aim is to support the development of competences of youngsters especially towards their own employability, job market and independent sustainable own life. Via various activities the NGO supports to build up in youngsters their own responsibility towards own future, including the responsibility for their own employability. Inseparable part of the activitiers is to promote tolerance and solidarity and develop critical responsible thinking in youngsters.
The objective of AIM AT SUPPORT z.ú.is to provide information service to youth, parents and Youth workers in the area of education, labour market and International activities; to engage youngsters and Youth workers in international activities; support development of foreign language competences; organise workshops an interactive seminars in the field of multicultural and global education, foreign language development, labour market competences, self-experience and self-knowledge; organise non-formal educational events for youngsters; manage Youth workers education; promote and engage in volunteering; provide career guidance services.
The AIM AT SUPPORT z.ú. carries out: Youth Information Centre; non-formal educational activities (workshop/Interactive seminars/excursions); Volunteering Services; International Projects; Practical training/Educational study; Career Guidance; Networking/Cooperation.
Target group of the organisation are: youngsters aged 13-30, Youth workers (from formal and informal field), labour market representatives, official bodies (Labour Office, etc.), wide public (especially parents), cooperating organisations in the field of Youth work and career guidance.
Regular activities of the organisation are: programmes for Youth 13-30 developing their competences especially towards the Labour market; International Youth programmes, free time activities for Youth 13-30 developing their various competences within career guidance model, International cooperation with other organisations active in the field of Youth work, running Youth Information Centre, providing career guidance to Youth. Organising workshops, interactvie seminars, excursion for Youth and Youth workers, consultation service for Youth and Youth workers. Organising camps, educational events, fairs.
EVS volunteers main activities will lie in providing non-formal education to local youth and youth in rural areas, developing language competences, promoting EU values, solidarity and tolerance, raising awarenss of multicultural issues, providing information to youngsters about international opportunities, Erasmus+ programme, running activities in career guidance field.
