Kindergarten no. 36 (Wandy Chmielowskiej) is located in the heart of Szczytnicki Park, near universities - in the most picturesque part of Wrocław. It is located in a beautiful, post-German building with a large garden. The proximity of the city center, while maintaining the peace and quiet of the suburbs - these are the great advantages of the location of our facility.
The facility is attended by 90 children, who form four age groups from 3 to 6 years of age. In total, the kindergarten employs 12 teaching staff, three from the administrativedepartment and 7 service employees. Due to the musical profile, our kindergarten has the status of an elite kindergarten - we employ specialists in the field of learning to play the piano and rhythmics.
Our preschoolers have equal opportunities for development, because the leading motto of preschool activities is the possibility of the success of each child - according to their abilities.
The volunteer work coordinator in the kindergarten and the tutors have experience in working with volunteers from previous projects (so far we have hosted 10 volunteers). The decision to host volunteers is made each time before each project jointly by the Director and the Pedagogical Council; tutors are those teachers who report such willingness and readiness themselves.
Our openness to multiculturalism has resulted in very efficient cooperation with volunteers from different parts of the world - regardless of their gender, skin color or social and material conditions. We are an open institution that focuses on partnership, kindness, and a creative style of work. In our kindergarten, all children are treated with respect and love. We recognize their individual needs and try to satisfy them. We create conditions for harmonious development. Children get to know the pleasure of communing with music and musical instruments, they feel the joy of learning and discovering the world, thanks to which they start school without stress, and then grow up to be creative people with wide interests, various talents and skills.
Parents are the co-authors of their children's successes. They cooperate with teachers, receive detailed information about the progress and problems of their children.
All teachers expand their knowledge and skills. They support the child in its creative activity. They are professionals and their work is marked by sensitivity. Our qualified teaching staff is open to permanent professional development and obtaining additional qualifications We use innovative methods and forms of work - M. Montesssorii, logorytmics, pedagogy of play, the "Effective Surprise" method, Education through Movement (EPR), Good Start Method, elements of work using the Orf-Laban and Batti Strauss method, the Development Movement method, bilingual teaching to play on the piano. We offer various additional classes in accordance with the expectations of parents, we have a wide range of our own programs and projects proposed by the teaching staff, such as music concerts, theater plays etc.

- Organizing competitions: "Ecological Christmas Tree", "Joyful Spring" with the use of recycled materials
