Description of organisation

Our organization operates within the community village of Ma'ale Tzviya in the Galilee in Israel. The community applies the philosophy and ways of the Emin that support human development and an ongoing open search for the meaning of life.

The village initiated and hosts yearly programs for young adults - Prisma 21 - which offers training towards competence in life skills and self leadership.

We promote ecological initiatives that our Yellow Cap team drives forward, such as greenhouses, recycling, community vegetable gardens, etc. The members of the community and the participants in the different activities also in volunteer in multicultural associations in the Galilee area.

We research the realms of natural healing and well being, orchestrate music, dance, and arts and crafts workshops.

The Shalom Template, our informal education activities for children and youth between 7-20 years old , has also an international youth activities and training branch, the Y-TOP. The Y-TOP offers summer camps that take place around the world.

|Maale Zvia is the home for an innovative education program, The Golden Education Template. Its school and kindergartens serve the whole vicinity (children from 26 villages in the area are registered). The Golden Education Template upholds the values of decency, trust and no-competition, and it combines the academic aspects with a journey of acquaintance with principles and qualities.
A teachers' and parents' training program helps to search and develop the new knowledge necessary for the so much needed updating of educational programs.

The community life is rich and embroidered with activities such as meetings, concerts, parties, fund raising events for good causes in the world, and more.
