Descripción de la organización:

CNP is an organization/club with a non-profit stance, which aims to create recreational, cultural and sports space for the enjoyment of its members, as well as to develop the interest for nautical sports, either for leisure or competition, strengthening the team spirit and health of all participants. These goals are achieved with the creation of a "school" for each sport modality, promoting conferences, organizing festivals, sports tournaments and collaborating with other local partners - namely schools, smaller sports clubs that have nautical activities and institutions representatives of Portimão Municipality.

CNP works mostly with youth but we are open and prepared to receive any demographic wishing to experiment with nautical sports. All members of the team are dedicated support the learning process of volunteers and all actors involved, such as supervisors and mentors, namely by integrating the facilitation of trainings and articulating with the coordinating organization.

We care for developing partnership with organisations with which we already have experience in working, as we believe that sustainable partnerships are important for healthy and quality projects. Nevertheless, we are open tostrengthen our local partnerships, and building new ones, based on a thorow assessment of the experience and know-how of the organisations concerning youth work and intercultural dialogue.

The Club's target group is the Youth, which are part of the existing club activities such as Sailing, Canoeing, Surfing, Windsurfing and Fishing, which is the Club's training area.
We also have the organization of nautical events, in which the Club is in charge of all organization of nautical events of these modalities in the Municipality of Portimão.
